# Where is the mcp link?

I’ve been watching the tutorials, and they all say that we need to go to ‘Integrations’, where we’ll find the link to the MCP. The fact is that this link isn’t available in our workspace.  
We’re not sure if this is because it’s in beta and not all accounts have access. If that’s the case, could you please provide us with that link?

Hi @astisl !

Thanks for reaching out! The MCP link in ‘Integrations’ only appears once a couple of prerequisites are in place so it’s not a matter of account access, but of configuration steps that need to happen first.

Before the link shows up, please make sure:

1. **API is connected** : In the Configuration module, go to Integrations → API and confirm the integration is connected and your token is ready.
2. **User role permission is enabled** : In Configuration → User Roles, edit the relevant role, scroll to Configuration permissions, and enable **“Access for AI assistant via MCP”**. Save, then **log out and back in** (a simple page refresh isn’t always enough for role changes to apply).

Once both steps are done, go to Configuration → Integrations and scroll down to **MCP (AI Assistant)** — the connection URL will be there.
